POTTER regularly organizes farmer awareness campaigns to educate rural farmers about modern agricultural practices, government subsidies, and support schemes available through agriculture and horticulture departments.

Through these programs, farmers receive guidance on crop management, soil health, irrigation methods, and the benefits of horticulture cultivation. POTTER also encourages farmers to form Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), which help them collectively access better markets, government benefits, and agricultural resources.By connecting farmers with the right knowledge and institutional support, these initiatives help improve agricultural productivity, strengthen rural farming communities, and create better income opportunities for small and marginal farmers.

Our women empowerment campaigns focus on promoting self-reliance and economic independence among rural women. Through awareness meetings with Self-Help Groups (SHGs), women are informed about government welfare schemes, financial assistance programs, and microfinance opportunities that can support their growth and stability.

These campaigns also encourage women to develop practical skills, explore small business opportunities, and start income-generating activities such as tailoring, handicrafts, and small-scale enterprises. By building confidence and knowledge, these initiatives help women become active contributors to their families and communities.Through continuous support and guidance, POTTER works to create a strong network of empowered women who can improve their livelihoods, support their children’s education, and play a meaningful role in community development.

Youth awareness campaigns are organized to guide young people toward education, skill development, and meaningful employment opportunities. These programs provide valuable information about higher education options, vocational training courses, government skill development schemes, and career planning strategies.Through interactive sessions with professionals, trainers, and industry experts, young participants gain practical insights into different career paths and the skills required to succeed. Environmental campaigns conducted by POTTER focus on protecting natural resources and promoting sustainable living practices. An awareness meetingto support the disabled youth was conducted in Ravulapalem mandal. This meetingmain focus is to tell them their rights and opportunities from the Governmentand linking them to other NGO who support them with disabled support aids likehearing machine, orthopaedic and etc.

Mr. Uba Raju from Ravulapalem who is studying MCA in Kakinada is a perfect case study to demonstrate our efforts in bringingawareness on different programs and schemes that were run and available withgovernment Departments. As every common disabled person, he doesn’t have  proper awareness on the schemes offered todisabled people by AP government. After the POTTERs  intervention he has applied for a Two wheelerunder APDASAC Scheme. He is very thankful for the support received from POTTERNgo.
